This is to request a Food Handler Certification Course to be held at your facility. Please input your information, suggested date and we will follow up with a package. Once date and course is mutually established we will create a sign up portal for all attendees to register and assign your instructor.
The course takes approximately 4 hours to conduct plus or minus exam time (depends on the group and the number of questions). Course involves a powerpoint presentation with open question and answer sessions. At the end a complete exam is written (50 multiple choice questions) to which attendees must achieve a 70% mark to become certified.
The certification is valid for a period of five (5) years and needs to be re-certified before expiry.
